Kiefer Apartments, Kiefer-Wagar and Webster Properties are a locally owned real estate investment company that has been doing business in the New Orleans, LA area for over 10 years. We specialize in "old New Orleans" style buildings with rental units that have the charm and amenities that are unique to New Orleans. All of our rental units are located in the historic uptown and the garden district area of the city.
We have rental units available in both unfurnished and fully furnished floorplans. They range in size from studio units to large 2 Bedroom 2 Bath units.We also have some units that are pet friendly.
Our lease terms range from 3 months to 12 months depending on our clients needs. We have plumbers, electricians, carpenters and painters on staff for any repairs on the units that are needed.
